Use a piece of RG-58U outer shied of the coax and solder it across the 2 collector tabs over top of the
pills. this reduces heat in the transistor and resistance in the collector
circuit. it also increases conductivity over the thin metal collector tabs on
the pill
this is called strapping the finals.
BE SURE that you do this on the collector tabs ONLY!!! if you do this across
the emitter and base tabs, you'll have major problems.
Hope tins helps. Not an amp expert but found this through a search. It may help with keeping stray rf down.

If you are having problems with stray rf though you would be better off adding more rf bypass to B+.

You strap the emitters not the collectors. You will destroy your amp if you strap the collectors, or at least make it nonfunctional.

The purpose of strapping is to reduce the RF/DC resistance to ground. The circuit boards really do not allow the transistors to carry the full power potential. Use grounding straps or even large solder braid. Do not fill the the braid with solder because you want the individual wires free to carry the RF power. It's called skin effect.
