Cobra 21gtl 78 model

In need of info on the adjustment points for this radio. Anyone know information about this radio let me know. It's the old model and only has the pa switch and nbl switch with the squelch nob and volume nob and channel selection 40 channel.

Cobra 21gtl
1. Adjust L10 for max power.
2. Adjust VR5 for 100% modulation.
3. VR3 TX power meter adjustment
4. VR1 S meter adjustment.
