I am looking for a power supply for a jb-200a modulator, with cord. Would love to bring job back to life.

The amp you have should be in two pieces. One is the amp itself, and the other is the power supply. The small gold one with the tubes in it is the amp, the large unit houses the PS. It has 2 plugs out of it. One to the amp. The other to a wall outlet. Here are some pics of one of the amps you have posted about. You need both pieces for the amp to work obviously. Here are the pics I found. Hope this helps.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170306/420ccd689474f5766060f6b48770213f.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170306/6897eae236d66ad4087aeda3677bfc79.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170306/5ae27e29709845c0338e6065298c5a3c.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170306/3c328fe5ba0b49a893c81ec19593f3e6.jpg
Again, I hope that these pics help shed some light on the actual amp. This is what is listed as the JB200 modulator. An AC base amp that plugs into the wall.
