You can get a Antron 99 (18') just under $80....decent antenna for the money.

Solarcon I-Max 2000 (24') little over $100... better than the Antron 99

When it comes to CB Antenna's "Taller the Better!"

I usto run a pair of stacked Y guads on a small tower and a complete grounding copper wire setup underneath it and porcelain insulators every 9 feet on the guide wires . Find your local depth of the water table and get your antennae height using multiples of 36 feet from the water table. This will keep you on the wavelength best for 11 meters. Use a field strength meter when cutting the length of your coax. Using a dummy load at the end of the coaxc key the radio No power just the radio and run your field strength meter down the coax looking for the strongest signal close to the length you need . Cut it and solder your PL 259 and you will;l have a heck of a start at some god ole fashioned Broadcasting.lol
