Gents..

Im looking to mount a dual line section... i know there are 2 ways... 1 with a pl259 adapter and the other mounting the section right to box.
The adapter needs some support mount to stabilize the section... where can i get a mount? Im leaning this way because i can use on a different box if i need to.

Thanks

If you have the dual line section with so-239's on them you can simply use a male-to-male pl-259 barrel connector between the line section and the box. This will allow the flexibility to interchange boxes. However the line section will need support as to not rip the so-239 off the box.

Sorry but I believe the securing mechanism is homebrew. I've seen nothing pre-fab for it. Try starting with small brass 'L' brackets used for shelving

you can make a really nice one out of aluminum with a greenlee punch or unibit.

Charger sells a heavy duty barrel connector for connecting, then just use a piece of small aluminum for a support bracket under the screws that hold the fitting on the line section

thats what i use its easier for now just to buy the double male brass, then support it underneath with some wood and a hose clamp . no bandcamping here . lol lol :applouse:

Mount it to the box and buy a chinese one for other purposes
