I got a little one pill modulator that I was going to install in an old dak base radio. I got my transfomer installed along with the bridge rectifier supplying 16 volts dc to the small amp. The radio works with the amp installed but cant get the amp to key up. There is a gray wire that attaches to the middle of the circuit board. When this wire is touched to the 16 volts at any point on the board, the amp keys up but will not unkey until the wire is removed from the 16 volts. I got this amp second hand and the owner said he did not know how to install it. Ive got it all installed in the dak just cant figure out how to key it up without adding the pos voltage to the gray wire manually. With the amp keyed up this way it keys 20 watts and swings 90 peak on the dosy meter. Anyone got an ideal on where this gray wire gos?
