This is understood sir. Please read the whole thread, I understand that there is a lot more than a switch and relay. I am not an amp builder, but have seen my share and had a few. The poster bought an amp that he is having issues with on ssb, amp bought on eBay, read above, any and all input is greatly appreciated as we are all here to learn. We have been PM about the issue he is having and he can't nail it down, amp works fine on am, has ssb delay potometer that goes from slow to fast delay, seller told him that he used it on ssb. He is not getting good reports with it on ssb.

Aaaahhhh stuff it, Its all good I am not going to bother, 4 or 5 days wasted on this crap.. I've ran out of time for this so packed "Grant2" up in its box today and shelved the hole thing for awhile ... Thanks for tryn 222 but I'm wasting your time too, 5 hours searching for power out on grant just got a sore head..... I will get back to it latter, I've got 60 foot of bus to build for now... Thanks for the help... 351...

Hey 351 I got that same mic but mine is well used. lol Can't really tell what are all the gauges?

Do you pick up much electrical interference from your power system? Mine is giving all kinds of noise when I get within 75 ft in the truck. Wonder how that's going to effect the base station?

I think it's my cheap inverter making all the racket. I have a good real good charge controller. Midnite solar classic 150 so I doubt that is the problem. http://www.civicsolar.com/product/mi...rge-controller On the other hand my inverter is a Wagan 5000 (read cheap). It works well for a square wave but does cause some problems. http://www.donrowe.com/Wagan-5000-Pr...p/wag5000c.htm Mine isn't the "pro Line" but you get the idea and only cost $419 new.
