    306 Northern Ireland

Was able to talk to a man in Northern Ireland today.

    Call sign: 306
    First Name: John
Location: Approx. 35 miles southwest of Belfast, Northern Ireland
Channel: Started on 39 LSB (27.395 Mhz), and moved to USB in an attempt to get away from the noise

I kind of felt bad for telling him he was loud and clear; he was at one point when I first tuned him in on upper side band, but conditions were fading in and out so I just barely heard part of his later transmissions, and had to ask him to repeat himself a couple of times. It seemed like the weather was making him "walk around" on the band, because it took me a couple of attempts to tune him in good, and once I had him tuned in once, he would be just a little bit off and I'd have to tune him back in.
