    Hello from Starman In Illinois

Just waving a hand from McHenry county Illinois. I am a ham operator from Illinois and a avid cber. I really like both radio services. I live to shoot skip on the cb and the channel above and below the main band. to be really honest I like cb radio better people better than most hams I have met . . Most hams I have found are kinda stuck in them self. Thanks for letting me join your group here. You can find me in the daylight hours on 26.915. 73

Quite a few of us are Amateur Radio Operators but we are not typical "Hams." I'll help you out with a technical problem if I'm sure I know the correct answer. If I'm not sure, I know where to tell you look for your answer. I started with CB radio back in 1968 and only last year got my ham ticket. You don't forget your roots.
All answers are opinions and may, or may not be technically correct.
