No change, but am now picking up rpm noise. Any suggestions on filters?

RF Limited Magnum Filter is the best in my opinion for the car. I have tried those shit Bandit Filters and did nothing in past.

PS - Even has connector to go right to radio if want to use or can cut out and put anywhere but nothing better than this RF Limited Magnum filter.

Do you think a peak and tune would help?

A peak and tune just improves the performance of the radio and would be somewhat pointless since you have an amp. That filter 714 mentioned will probably be best.

Has there been a result on this problem as yet? I was thinking of all that load on the 12volt system could there be a shortage of power or are the wires heavy enough (16 gage versa. 8 gage wire). Is this truck a 18 wheeler gasoline/propane? Some big trucks use 18 volt and some are feed from the positive side and not the negative. I really want to know the answer to correct this problem if passable.

Sorry. I am currently offshore. Ordered the rf filter. Waiting to get home to install and check. Had the radio peaked and tuned before I left. Radio is now swinging 60 watts and 500 watts with the amp. Running it in a 07 Dodge 1500. Running 14 gauge wire. Had no noise when hooked to power supply for peak and tune.
