    PTT CB setup

I stumbled across this site and thought someone here might be able to help me. I'm trying to setup a CB system on an offroad vehicle in order to communicate with other members of our group. What I would like to setup, is a set of headsets similar to these ... http://www.envirosafetyproducts.com/...-headsets.html (IE: enclosed ear covers to help reduce constant engine noise) ... one for passenger, one for driver, that can both interact with the CB radio and the radio chatter that goes on during a typical day out. I don't mind each passenger having their own dedicated PTT button and I have plenty of secure area to store components. I have almost no knowledge other than the most basic of CB radio operation and don't have any idea where to start. We're trying to get our rig back up and going soon, so hopefully someone has some advice. Thanks

    Check these out.

They are supposed to be pretty good from what I have heard.
Hear are another couple sets. One cheaper, different seller. Both made by cobra and work with most 4 pin mics. Can be wired for different mic, but I would think a voltage source from the radio would be needed. These are plug and play. And like I said, I've heard they work well. Get one with noise canceling if possible.

And your cell phone can be used as well with these. May have to try a set myself for around the house. Would make reaching for a mic a lot easier LOL!! Check around, like I said, they can be had for cheaper. I wanna say one of the major truck stops like Loves or Pilot had them or has them on sale for like $50. Can't remember. But for $65 OBO, don't think you can go wrong. Get a few and offer him a bit lower price!! Good luck and hope this helps ya out man.
