Readings are still bad. You are using a 102" whip? Or 108" whip setup. Make sure one of your insulators isn't broken on the mount. Also open the radio and make sure that the center pin is soldered to the wire that leads to the board. Something is wrong if you are getting these kinds of readings. Make 110% sure all your coax is good. That you have a good mount and that its isolated properly. If all else fails try a different radio if you have one.
If you have used an external meter and all shows the same then for sure your issue is before the radio unless the radio itself has an issue at the SO239 connection. JMHO.

Let us know what you find. Recheck all coax. Unplug it from the mount and radio and check it with a multi meter set to ohms. You shouldn't see anything. Or get an audible tone if your meter has that function. If you do, then you have a short somewhere. And you need to start at one place and work your way back. Either at the antenna, or the radio. I would start at the antenna and work my way back. Check the mount, all insulators, then coax, then coax jumpers, and so on. You can do it!!!

It's a 2010 F250 I currently have everything off of it as of right now, have to refigure how to run my coax cause I installed an auxillary fuel tank in the truck
