Phantom 10 tube amp. old style

I had this amplifier given to me. I would like to know if there is a schematic for it? there are 6 100uf electrolytic caps. 350volt. one is blown. does anyone know how they they are installed, as to which way + and - go in the circuit? I can't find anything on this amp. this is not the three stage phantom by d&a. to old, might be the first version,has 10 tubes plus a 12at7a audio tube.
