16 pill system

Local is about all they are good for...When It comes to DX, a 4 pill will get you just as many contacts as a 24 pill....Been there, done that...I ran a 16 pill Davemade in my Suburban...

My biggest problem when first going from a 8 pill to the 16 pill set-up was keeping RF out of the electronics so keying up wouldn't kill the motor...
