Hi all! I just rebuilt (recapped) this amp, got fresh tubes from ebay. Fired it up, tuned correctly, but for some reason, reports back to me state I have a punch signal of 200W, but the audio is weak and "muddied". took the amp out and audio is fine at 3.5W base radio. Any idea? This Kris amp has a transistorized trigger over the usual 6BQ5,but it is a Kris manufacture mod, as the board stamped Kris. Any ideas? Name: Kris (2).JPG Views: 107 Size: 139.0 KB
