Thread: anybody on here run a high power (3kw+) suburban? i need some advice

    I'm not that familiar with that particular analyzer...One I use is a MFJ 259B....

    anyway...just noticed on yours it's showing freq. 27.205 kHz...shouldn't it say "MHz?"

    I mean, maybe the analyzer is just showing you different numbers because it's in kHz mode?

    its made in ukrane so they put khz on the display (europe) and you cant change it. but it is reading Mhz. you gotta look at it as 27,205 Khz, =27.205 Mhz. lol

    Have you tried checking SWR with a regular SWR Meter?....kinda like getting a second opinion....

    yes. i have a couple palstar meters i ran before the birds and they agree with the analyzer. spot on actually

    You could try different antennas, monkey made. I have a power stick for driving and two davemade fighting sticks for stationary. I got them down 1.2 swr.
