Galaxy 979 Contact

Was running Barefoot today in my van with my 979 and K40 antenna when I made contact with 3 Canadians. One was from Nova Scotia and the others were Eastern Canada. What surprised me is I'm from N/E PA. and skip wasn't really rolling much so I thought that was pretty cool for my barefoot 979 running on 38 lsb. Especially when the radio has been really dead around here lately!
