    Nope. The 89 has an all metal 347 w/300 shot. The 67 has a 383 w/ 250 shot.....of course the fox is WAY faster.(lol)

yea a 383 is a Fing joke... everyone thinks its the way to go but its just a bad combo .... tx for the pics... i love drag racing .... wish i got to the track more... i love the smell of the fuel..... but i get alot of that at work... we dyno everything we build... today had a 532 BBF and when we hit 1100 hp the bell housing twisted and broke and messed up the dyno..... we should have all the parts tomorrow... and turn it higher... we are exspecting 1150+ hp from it... we also build 1000 hp small block fords .... no power adders... thats with a 4150 size carb tooo ...

Well, this 383 is very healthly, but the 67 weighs about 1200lbs more than the 89. If the 67 weighed what the 89 weighed it would be a close one. We are building a 525 BBF to put in a 85 F150. Had twin 73mm turbos on it,(508) but it got real funky in a hurry...so just decided to push it all motor. Have took a lot of cussing from ford guys about putting a chevy motor in it, but we love to tell them.....AT LEAST THE CAR IS STILL ALL METAL AND WE MADE IT FIT!!!!!

I was going to go to a practice thing at a big show place... It's just to go practice barrels and check your time and get your horse used to the show grounds..
