I wouldnt tune for fs unless your in bounceback and want highest forward gain setup
dual hots are more omni directional i would aim for lowest reflect and be nice to your equipment also remember a high fs reading means the antenna is radiating well but at the same time it may not have a good swr in its resonant area so you have to find a happy place

Yeap..im in bounce back .. i seem to have found the happy spot.. mfj has great readings and its very broad banded. My reflect with a 25w slug is about 10 watts at @ 2k bird. I was surprised that my mfj claims my resonant area is @ ch 24.. but the readings on the mfj barely change all the way up to 27.750.. (I didnt chk below freq's) i didnt even bother looking past there.. i stopped and chalked it up as good.
