Because all the big boys use them even high voltage knows more than me on stargun. But monkey made are great also at the keydowns all the powerful suburbans have them ask around. Check the site for details or call them directly for more technical info if need.

id rather have a predator or a fat boy antenna compared to the monkey made . the top ferrule is made very pore and usally corrodes in time . i know i had them all at one time . lol lol lol . why dont you guys try Noismakers new antenna's there awsome and a couple people on this forum are using them and they love em..gif "300 (238)")

starguns overall are a joke. monkeys perform well but to many mechanical connections on some.
one does stand above the rest!!!! but its not those

Don't tell high voltage he likes the starguns, i know alot of people who like the monkey made or preditor 10k !!! Jusy my opinion.

i gotta momkeymade mm9 works good . very narrow banded. and heavier than most other coil antennas.
imho there are better choices but its not a bad antenna
