Can to much sun on your cb radio damage it in any way and if so is there a good way of reducing contact between the sunligjt and the radio??

Don't install your radio on the dash under the windshield directly in view of the sun. Unless well protected.

Well I live in Texas... Our summer at times get over 108 degrees plus... The cab temperature in my truck has hit 130 degrees. Nothing wrong with my radio.
