Just purchased this radio off the internet. It has a modification i believe is an echo board. Could the echo board be the cause of the transmit problem? Here is a picture of the echo? board.

Took the echo board out, still no transmit. Still figuring it out but I believe the finals are bad. Thanks for looking.
It was a bad crystal 10.6975. Glue ate through one of the pins.
