White Tornado 225 Plus Mobile Amp. Looks identical to the Palomar 225. Looks good & works good. Only flaw I can see is the faceplate decal in the lower left corner is lifted slightly. Will take $75. shipped.

I might would trade for a nice scanner or 2 meter ham mobile radio.
For 75 shipped that's a good deal. Use a uniden 980 or similar, cobra 148, something along those lines with a 1-2 watt dead key and that thing will work well.
could you tell me the wattage specs on it with a 1-2w DK would that be a 225max and also wondering what kind of scanner you are looking for in trade. i've got an analog and a digital but of course my digital is my keeper baby.
oh yeah and the more important is how many pills and what kind? i've got two similar amps almost same size and they run the Mitsu 2879's so i am wondering if this would have the same? thanks-Gravy

oh ok. forget it. but if you don't sell it in the auction and want to go back on what you had listed here, send me a PM. thanks and good luck!
Mistah gravy it's roadrunners amp, not mine, I will say that this amp has with MRF-455's or sd1446's. I think they are the MRF-455's myself. They aren't bad on ssb if not over driven, set your radio so the amp will have a dead key of about 50-60 watts max. No more than 15-20 watts pep from the radio. The radio dead key is going to vary depending on what the amp dead keys. But again it's not my amp PM ROADRUNNER if interested in buying. God bless.
