Stryker mag mount question

I messed with it some more, I have changed 3 antennas, 2 radios, 2 new jump coax,2 different meters. I finally got a decent reading of 1.4 then turned cb off. turned back on and couldnt get needle to move again. i am lost. I have changed everything you can change and tried different combinations so i dont get it why it works once and then quits.
